Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unused machines in original, undamaged packaging only. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Brush accessories are final sale once the packaging has been opened. Equipment that shows signs of use, damage, or misuse is not eligible for return. Defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at support@midwestsurfacesolutions.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return or report a defect.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Brush accessories are non-refundable once opened. We reserve the right to deny refunds on items that do not meet our return conditions.
